Brian Bates entered the mortgage industry in October 2006 and joined the LendGen family in Summer 2022. Brian offers extensive knowledge and experience with all loan products, allowing him to find individualized mortgage solutions for his borrowers and their families. Brian is passionate about helping people obtain their dream homes. He uses his experience and dedication to learning about the industry to stay up-to-date on the latest complexities of mortgage lending. 

Outside of work, Brian is a proud husband and father of two children, aged three and eight at the time of publication. He likes to play and watch sports, as well as attend his children’s sporting events and will coach their teams.

Brian is authorized to lend in the following states: New York and Pennsylvania.
